K, talk to the FRO and ask them to look up the phone number for your son's Admin Office. It's usually called IPAC or sometimes S-1. If you call the Admin office they should be able to get you a copy...

Thanks for the advice. Friday I mailed the POA, deployment papers from the FRO and a letter..registered mail. He had until October 30th to pay, so I have plenty of time.
